bored

too bored to write about anything specific. i have no idea what to write about. i am too tired for this. i have to wake up early tomorrow? too old to wake up too early. words. too many words! curse them!

still need to see alot of movies... kind of curious about Cabin in the Woods

Hunger Games... Should I Watch It?

I've been spoiled by Battle Royale and an arsenal of similar themed movies. You know, where it's the future... and for some reason or another a chosen few are pitted against each other to fight to the death until there's only one left. And its always televised.

Here are some movies just like that:
1. Battle Royale
2. The Condemned
3. The Tournament
4. Gamer
5. The Running Man
6. The Most Dangerous Game

Lockout

Okay, there's this movie due soon in theaters called Lockout... possibly from the same producers who worked on Taken. Also stars Maggie Grace as the girl who needs to be rescued... So basically its Space Taken. Plus it's got Guy Pearce from 2 of my favorite movies LA Confidential and Memento. Awesome. Looks like a fun one.

Action Films

Gotta love em...

Here are some of my favorites:

The Matrix
Shoot em Up
Kill Bill
Aliens
a bunch more that I can't think of (TERMINATOR 2!) at the moment... too tired...

to be continued...

Favorite Directors

I have many but here are some worth mentioning: Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, and Paul Thomas Anderson...
